Avalon is an AI-powered styling platform that generates outfit recommendations based on your items, preferences, and photos you provide. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create images and suggestions for personal use.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Avalon a limited license to process, store, and use that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your content to third parties.

Outfit images and recommendations are generated by AI and are provided for inspiration and personal use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated images or styling advice. Generated images are for your personal use only.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
