How does Avalon generate outfit images?

Avalon uses AI image generation to create realistic photos of you wearing different outfit combinations from your items. You upload a face photo so the AI can generate images that look like you.

Are my photos safe?

Yes. Your photos are stored with encrypted cloud storage and are only used to generate outfit images for you. We never sell your photos or share them with other users. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How does the 3-day trial work?

Avalon Premium starts with 3 days free on monthly and annual plans. After the trial, the plan you chose renews automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed where they were started. If you paid by card on the web, sign in and open Settings > Account to manage billing in Stripe. If you subscribed on iPhone, open Avalon Settings and tap Manage in App Store, or go to iPhone Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions.

You can also open App Store subscriptions or email support@avalon.style if you are not sure which path applies.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Sign Out. To request full account deletion including all your data, email us at support@avalon.style. We will delete all your data within 30 days.

How do I report inappropriate content?

If you encounter any inappropriate or objectionable content generated by the AI, please report it immediately by emailing support@avalon.style with a description of the issue. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Why don't the generated images look like me?

For best results, upload one clear, well-lit photo of your face. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, or group photos. The AI improves its accuracy as you rate more outfits.

Can I change my preferences after onboarding?

Yes. Go to Settings > Profile to update your gender, age, height, weight, style purposes, and clothing type preferences at any time.
